The Simple But Powerful Grilled / Smoked Steak Marinade
Summer Steak Marinade
- 1 Smoker or Grill We use a Traeger for all our grilling
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tbsp minced garlic We find the star jar is better
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp lemon pepper We love Kinders
- 2 6 oz New York Steaks Butcherbox is our go to!
- Combine all ingredients (except steak) into a small bowl and mix well
- Add steaks to a gallon sized zip lock back
- Pour marinade over steaks and seal bag after removing as much air as possible
- Marinade in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and up to 2 hours
- Prep Smoker / grillIf using a smoker, set to smoke and add steaks for between 30 minutes and 1 hour.Increase heat to high. Cook for 5 minutes on each side. Cook to desired temp (we use 135)
- Let rest for up to 20 minutes before serving.
